Within days of the series reaching its climax on our TV screen, the much acclaimed ITV crime drama series Broadchurch has received the first of what will undoubtedly be many awards nominations
The Festival de Télévision de Monte-Carlo takes place between the 9th-13th June and concludes with the presentation of the Golden Nymph Awards to the best TV programmes and actors from around the world
Broadchurch, created by Chris Chibnall for Kudos, has been nomimated for Best Miniseries while stars David Tennant and Olivia Colman have been named as outstanding Actor and Actress respectively.
The Golden Nymph Award Ceremony takes place at the close of
the Festival de Télévision de
Monte-Carlo, in the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco . The
Ceremony is followed by a Gala Dinner taking place at the Salle des Etoiles at
the Monte-Carlo Sporting Club and attended by H.S.H. Prince Albert II, as well
as a host of renowned VIPs.
