Catherine Tate Joins David Tennant Live At The BFI Doctor Who At 50 Screening

It has been confirmed that Catherine Tate will join David Tennant live on stage at the British Film Institute Southbank for the screening of The Stolen Earth and Journey's End on Sunday 29th September. The screening makes up the Tenth Doctor event as part of the BFI's year long celebration, Doctor Who At 50, which has marked the programme's anniversary with a regular series of events.

Catherine Tate first appeared as Donna Noble in the closing moments of series 2 finale Doomsday  and was a guest star in the 2006 Christmas episode The Runaway Bride. She returned as a full time companion in the 2008 series and made a last appearance in David Tennant's final episodes The End Of Time 1 & 2.

Other confirmed guests include director Graeme Harper, producer Phil Collinson and casting director Andy Pryor. There is a hint that there may be another big name guest added soon.

The event sold out almost immediately after tickets went on sale; however you can read more here. Q&A sessions fromprevious events have also been uploaded to the BFI YouTube channel
