The 2013 TV Choice Awards will take place this evening at the Dorchester Hotel in London.
David Tennant is to attend the ceremony which will be hosted by his What We Did On Our Holiday co star Ben Miller.
David is nominated in the Best Actor category for his role as DI Alec Hardy in Broadchurch, with Olivia Colman up for the Best Actress award for her role as DS Ellie Miller, the show itself is nominated for the Best New Drama Award.
Doctor Who is also nominated for Best Drama in it's 50th Anniversary year.

Broadchurch was the TV drama event of the year exploring what happens to a small community when it suddenly becomes the focus of a major event and is subjected to the full glare of the media spotlight.
The show, which has gone on to achieve global success since it's initial broadcast on ITV in the UK, will return for a second series.
The awards are not televised but a list of winners will appear on the TV Choice website on the night, and a full report and a selection of photos will appear in the Tuesday 17th September edition of the magazine
