David Tennant & Billie Piper Named As Favourite Doctor and Companion Of All Time

David Tennant and Billie Piper have been voted Radio Times readers favourite ever Doctor and companion in a poll with over 20,000 voters.

David easily took the title of favourite Doctor after scooping a whopping 56% of the votes. Current Doctor Matt Smith came in second with 15% of votes with classic era Doctor Tom Baker in third place with 10%.

Billie Piper who played opposite David as Rose Tyler took a quarter of all votes to top the favourite companion poll. The legendary Lis Sladen came in second place for her role as Sarah Jane Smith.
Another of David's companions, Catherine Tate, came in third with 9% of voters opting for Donna Noble as the best companion.
