The latest blog from John Wyver of Illuminations goes into detail about the ongoing preparations to broadcast the Royal Shakespeare Company staging of Richard II into cinemas across the UK and worldwide from Wednesday 13th November. John will be producing the film, the first ever broadcast by the RSC live from Stratford-upon-Avon.
Today, cameras, lighting and sound equipment has arrived at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre ahead of the full camera rehearsal tomorrow afternoon.

Richard II is directed by Gregory Doran and stars David Tennant and Nigel Lindsey. The production is in residence at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre until the 16th November. It then transfers to the Barbican in London from 9th December till 25th January.
