The long awaited Spanish premiere broadcast of Broadchurch begins on Antena 3 on Wednesday 17th September at 22.30. The award-winning UK series stars David Tennant and Olivia Colman and follows events in a small seaside town in England after a local boy is found murdered.

Broadchurch se sitúa en una localidad costera ficticia del
sur de Inglaterra, en cuya playa aparece el cuerpo sin vida del pequeño Danny
Latimer. Los detectives Hardy y Miller (David Tennant y Olivia Colman) serán
los encargados de llevar a cabo la investigación que aclare quién asesinó al
chico y en qué circunstancias. A lo largo de los ocho capítulos de los que
consta la historia, Broadchurch mostrará el impacto que tiene la muerte del
Danny no solo en su círculo más cercano, sino en toda la comunidad. Los días
van pasando y la policía no da con el asesino de Danny, el turismo en la zona
se resiente, salen a la luz viejas y truculentas historias que se habían
mantenido ocultas y la ciudad se convierte en el foco de los titulares de la
prensa amarilla.

Broadchurch is set in a fictional coastal town in southern
England, on whose beach body appears the lifeless body of young Danny Latimer. Detectives Hardy and Miller (David Tennant and Olivia Colman) are responsible for conducting the investigation to discover who killed the boy, and in what
circumstances. Throughout the eight parts of the drama,
Broadchurch shows the impact of the Danny's death not only on those closest to him,
but throughout the community. As the days go by and the police fail to find Danny's killer, tourism suffers in the area, uncomfortable secrets, previously buried start to surface and the town comes under the press spotlight.
