David Tennant & Gracepoint Make The Shortlist Of The People's Choice Awards

David Tennant has made the shortlist for a People's Choice Award for Favorite Actor In A New TV Series for his role as Emmett Carver in the FOX event series Gracepoint. The series itself is also up for Favorite New TV Drama.
The American awards are voted for by the public and recognise popular culture over a vast selection of 54 categories within the genres of TV, Movie, Music and "Special".

Voting is now open and will close on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. EST.


People’s Choice Awards 2015 will air live on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015 from 9:00-11:00 p.m. ET on CBS. Anna Faris and Allison Janney, stars of CBS' sitcom "Mom," will host the show.

 Gracepoint continues on Fox in the USA and Global in Canada on Thursday 6th November at 9pm ET. 

It also airs at 8.30pm on Friday 7th November on the Universal Channel in Australia.
