David and Georgia Tennant will join Sally Phillips in attending a new charity screening of You, Me And Him in support of the Jersey Baby Bean Appeal. The event will take place on Sunday 1st July on Jersey at Cineworld. There will be red carpet arrivals and a Q&A before the screening.

The video features characters from the rebooted 1980s show which stars David Tennant in the iconic role of Scrooge McDuck, and Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan voicing the mischievous triplets Huey, Dewey and Louie. The cast also includes Kate Micucci as Webby, Toks Olagundoye as Mrs Beakley, Beck Bennett as Launchpad McQuack and Tony Anselmo as Donald Duck.
A mix of animation and live-action, the music video launches Scrooge, his nephew Donald, great-nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie and their friend Webby into a musical outer space adventure. When their spaceship unexpectedly crashes, they encounter an alien DJ on a remote Marshmello planet.

David Tennant will be returning to the role of radio presenter next month when he sits in for BBC Radio 2 presenter Sara Cox on her evening show. David will be taking over the station from 10pm BST on Wednesday 4th July, bringing listeners a two hour live show to round off the day featuring a packed playlist of upbeat tunes.
David has previous experience of playing DJ, having presented on BBC Radio 2 in 2010 alongside his Doctor Who co-star Catherine Tate. However, this will be his first experience hosting solo - so let's hope he can remember which buttons to press!
Filming is now completed on the upcoming HBO comedy Camping, starring Jennifer Garner and David Tennant. The hit animated sci-fi series Final Space is coming to the UK on July 20th when the complete first season will be made available to stream on Netflix.
Created by and starring Olan Rogers, Final Space follows the exploits of astronaut Gary Space, an astronaut working off a prison sentence, who discovers a cute little alien lifeform that he names Mooncake. What he doesn't know is that Mooncake is an awesome weapon with planet-destroying powers and his energy is sought by the sinister Lord Commander, voiced by David Tennant, who will stop at nothing to exploit Mooncake for his own evil plans. The show also features the voices of Coty Galloway, Steven Yeun, Tika Sumpter, Fred Armisen and Tom Kenny.

The latest episode, The Golden Lagoon of White Agony Plains! premieres at 9.30am ET and sees Scrooge reteam with his conniving ex-partner and old flame, Goldie O' Gilt, to find a long-lost golden lagoon, but his rival Glomgold has other plans.
Academy and Emmy Award-winner Allison Janney, who played C.J. Cregg in The West Wing, will be making her US debut in DuckTales in the role of Goldie O'Gilt.

The BBC has announced that David Tennant is to star in a new comedy drama for BBC Four.
There She Goes is about a severely learning disabled 9-year-old girl Rosie (Miley Locke), her dad Simon (David Tennant), mum Emily (Jessica Hynes) and brother Ben (Edan Hayhurst).
All the stories and characters are drawn from the real life experience of writer Shaun Pye, whose daughter was born in 2006 with an extremely rare and, to date, undiagnosed chromosomal disorder.
Each episode shines a light on day-to-day life with Rosie - unique experiences from simply trying to take her to the park to trying to explain that everyday isn’t her birthday.
A second timeline in 2006 shows the effect having a severely disabled child had on the family unit, how it threatened to disintegrate but ultimately brought them even closer.
