The festive comedy movie Nativity 2: Danger In The Manger! starring David Tennant and
Marc Wootton premieres tonight on Super Channel 2 in Canada.
The film was originally released in UK cinemas in 2012 where it became an instant family hit. David Tennant stars in a dual role as the estranged Peterson twins, one a stressed substitute teacher in a primary school, the other a renowned composer from a snooty private college. Marc Wootton reprises his role of wild classroom assistant Mr. Poppy from the original Nativity! film. Part wild road trip, part musical, the movie is a warmhearted family treat with plenty of laughs along the way. Joanna Page, Jason Watkins and Jessica Hynes also appear alongside a cast of very talented youngsters. The film was improvised on location by the cast from an original concept by director Debbie Isitt.
