NEW ZEALAND : What We Did On Our Holiday Opens Today

Transmission films release the hilarious UK comedy feature film What We Did On Our Holiday in cinemas in New Zealand today.

The film follows divorcing couple Doug and Abi McLeod (David Tennant and Rosamund Pike) on a trip up to Scotland to celebrate the 75th birthday of Doug's father Gordie (Billy Connolly). They want to keep news of their split quiet due to Gordie's ill health, but can they count on their three lively children (Emilia Jones, Bobby Smalldridge and Harriet Turnbull) to play along? What We Did On Our Holiday is written and directed by Guy Jenkin and Andy Hamilton, the creators of the BBC sitcom Outnumbered, and is co-produced by BBC Films and Origin Pictures. It also stars Ben Miller, Amelia Bullmore and Celia Imrie.
