The beautiful blue, two bedroomed chalet, named Britbank, is 100 years old and rests on the banks of the River Brit in West Bay, Dorset. It is hoping to achieve offers of around £275,000 and local estate agents claim the 'Broadchurch Effect' will help sell the property.
The chalet was first spotted by Broadchurch creator Chris Chibnall whilst he was writing the first series in a local café. The chalet was seen in the opening episode of the second series of the thrilling drama and Chiris has said that it "holds lots, if not all, of the secrets" of the latest series.
