Broadchurch producer Richard Stokes has been talking to the Bournemouth Echo about the thrilling drama series which returned to screens in the UK and Ireland on Monday night.
The first episode of the second series was a huge hit with over 7 million viewers tuning in and social media sites were alight as fans heaped praise upon the show.
Richard told the paper: "It’s been fantastic and lovely to have such a positive response."
And you won't want to miss a moment as there's more shocks in store during the second episode. Although the plot line for the series remains a closely guarded secret Ricahrd says: "What I can say is that episode two will be even more twisted and turning than the first episode. It’s got a hell of a cliff-hanger."
Broadchurch continues on Monday 12th January at 9pm on ITV and at 10pm on TV3
