PHOTOS: David Tennant & Matt Smith On The Graham Norton Show #ThrowbackThursday

As David Tennant will be appearing on The Graham Norton Show this week with Olivia Colman to talk about Broadchurch, this week’s Throwback Thursday takes a look back at his last appearance on the show in 2013.

David Tennant and Matt Smith appeared together as guests on The Graham Norton Show on Friday 22nd November 2013 to talk about the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary and the special anniversary episode in which they both starred. The chat show aired just one day ahead of the 50th Anniversary and the international simulcast of the anniversary episode, The Day Of The Doctor.

At the time, David was on a break between the Stratford-upon-Avon and London runs of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s production of Richard II. His hair extensions were part of his portrayal of King Richard.

Other guests on the show were Emma Thompson, Jimmy Carr and Robbie Williams with music from Ollie Murs.
