NETHERLANDS: What We Did On Our Holiday Cinema Release Delayed By Two Weeks

The release of the BBC Films comedy What We Did On Our Holiday in the Netherlands has been delayed by two weeks. Originally scheduled for 2nd July, the movie will now open in cinemas on Thursday 16th July 2015. David Tennant stars as Doug McLeod in the hit UK movie written and directed by Guy Jenkin and Andy Hamilton, creators of the TV show Outnumbered. The film also stars Rosamund Pike as Abi, Billy Connolly as Gordie and Ben Miller as Gavin.

What We Did On Our Holiday

What We Did On Our Holiday

Doug and Abi are two normal parents with three charming but highly eccentric children. When the strain of parental life threatens their sanity and marriage, they decide to take their kids on a trip to Scotland for a big family gathering and to see Doug’s incomparably kooky father Gordie. However what promised to be a holiday of reconciliation soon turns into an hilarious social minefield as feuds, misunderstandings and bruised egos become the order of the day.
