RATINGS: 6 Million Tune In For Penultimate Broadchurch Episode



Broadchurch was watched by 6 million viewers and a 25.1% audience share last night (including +1) as the penultimate episode aired on ITV. The figures were down slightly on last week's 6.2 million but only slightly down on the series average of 6.1 million (25% share).

The episode aired opposite the FA Cup tie featuring Preston North End vs. Manchester United over on BBC One which averaged at 5.7m (24.6%), peaking at 6.9m (27.9%) just before 9pm.

Benefits Britain: Life On The Dole on Channel 5 was watched by 2.1m (8.6%) and BBC Two's A Cook Abroad  attracted 1.5m (6.3%). Channel 4's controversial docu-drama UKIP: The First 100 Days drew in only 1.1m (4.6%). 


Broadchurch starring David Tennant and Olivia Colman concludes on Monday 23rd February at 9pm on ITV.
