CANADA: What We Did On Our Holiday To Premiere At The Oakville Festivals Of Film & Art
The Oakville Festivals of Film & Art (OFFA) has announced that it will be hosting the Gala Eastern Canadian Premiere of What We Did On Our Holiday on Friday 26th June at the Oakville Centre. The much acclaimed BBC Films comedy stars David Tennant, Rosamund Pike, Billy Connolly and Ben Miller and is due to be released in cinemas in Canada later this summer (date tba).
The Oakland Festivals of Film & Art 2015 is a three-day festival running from 26th- 28th June in Oakland, Ontario. It features 17 feature films and documentaries, many more shorts and an exclusive Art Fête with live music, performances and photography from selected local and international talents. This year’s festival is hosted by veteran film critic and cinephile Rob Salem and by Film.Ca Cinemas.
What We Did On Our Holiday (UK, 135 minutes, PG)
A heartwarming and hilarious tale of a fractious family gathering in the scenic Highlands of Scotland to celebrate their grandfather’s birthday party takes an unexpected turn when three precocious children decide to take matters into their own hands.
The gala screening of What We Did On Our Holiday begins at 8pm and will be followed by an after party.
