Take a look at Dread, the role voiced by David Tennant in a brand new episode of kids' animated series Jake And The Never Land Pirates.
As we posted on Thursday, the episode, Dread The Evil Genie premieres in the USA tomorrow as part of Disney's Soaring Over Summer multi-platform event. Tiny pirate Jake and his pals Izzy, Cubby and parrot Skully rush to the rescue of their friend Pip the Pirate Genie to protect him from the evil Dread who is trying to capture other genies and drain their magic powers to boost his own.
You can watch Jake and the Never Land Pirates - Dread The Evil Genie at 9am ET/PT on Disney Channel and at 7.30pm ET on Disney Junior in the USA.
The interactive animated series Jake And The Never Land
Pirates was launched in 2011 and is based on Disney's Peter Pan franchise,
itself originating in the classic novel by J.M. Barrie. Young pirate Jake with
friends Izzy and Cubby and parrot Skully spend their days competing with
Captain Hook and Smee for treasure. Regular cast include Sean Ryan Fox, Megan
Richie and Jadon Sand.
The Soaring Over Summer event continues on the Disney
Channel and Disney Junior in the USA until Thursday 13th August featuring brand
new episodes every weekday from one of five of their hit series, rotating
between Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, Miles From Tomorrowland, Jake and the
Never Land Pirates and Henry Hugglemonster. The new episodes will also be made
available online via Watch Disney Junior.
