USA: What We Did On Our Holiday Available Via On DIRECTV Cinema From Friday 10th July



What We Did On Our Holiday, the black comedy from the UK starring David Tennant, Rosamund Pike and Billy Connolly will be available to subscribers of DIRECTV via DIRECTV Cinema from Friday 10th July. Subscribers will be able to stream the movie or record it to watch later from 8am ET - search channel 1100 to pre-order and confirm start times.

David Tennant and Rosamund Pike play Doug and Abi McLeod, a troubled couple who try to put on a happy face while visiting family in the Scottish Highlands. Unfortunately their three children innocently reveal all of their biggest secrets. Billy Connolly co-stars as Doug’s father Gordie, with Ben Miller, Amelia Bullmore and Celia Imrie also among the cast. However the show is stolen by young actors Emilia Jones, Bobby Smalldridge and Harriet Turnbull, who play the three McLeod children. What We Did on Our Holiday is written and directed by Guy Jenkin and Andy Hamilton, the team behind the BBC’s award-winning sitcom Outnumbered.

The film also goes on limited theatrical release in the USA on the same day.
