New York Comic Con Gets Ready For The Arrival Of The Jessica Jones Cast


New York Comic Con opens at the Javits Center, NYC today and things are already gearing up for the arrival of the Marvel's Jessica Jones cast as they make their debut appearance as a collective on Saturday!

Mysterious purple messages, featuring sinister phrases that sound as though they may be uttered from the lips of a certain supervillain have been appearing in graffiti style artwork with the hashtag #JessicaJones

David and his cast mates will take to the stage on Saturday afternoon as part of the Netflix Original Series panel which will look ahead to the thirteen part series, due to premiere on 20th November, and will screen the first actual footage from the show. The panel will also feature a look back at Marvel's Daredevil, which launched in April.

Join the cast of the new Netflix original series, "Marvel’s Jessica Jones," in their first-ever appearance, as they answer questions and reveal secrets from the hotly-anticipated show debuting on Netflix later this year and celebrate some of the greatest moments from Season 1 of "Marvel’s Daredevil." Moderated by Jeph Loeb (Marvel’s Head of Television), this panel promises to be one you won’t want to miss!

Other Marvel panels will explore animation, Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Carter.

They will also be taking part in a ticket only signing from 2.10pm to 3.00pm in Booth #1354

Jessica Jones follows the former superhero who is rebuilding her life as a private detective after a tragic incident led her to hang up her cape. However, a dark figure from her past is about to return, sending shockwaves through her world. The series, said to be a dark psychological thriller, is adapted by showrunner Melissa Rosenberg from the Marvel MAX comic book series Alias, created by Brian Michael Bendis.
