UK TV PREMIERE: David Tennant Guest Stars In First Episode Of Bring The Noise

David Tennant was a guest star last night for the first episode of Sky One's spectacular new game show Bring The Noise.

The new show, hosted by Kaiser Chiefs frontman and The Voice coach Ricky Wilson sees two teams of stars competing against one another in a selection of music-related games. Team captains Nicole Scherzinger and Tinie Tempah will be joined by show regulars, comedians Katherine Ryan and Joel Dommett and their celebrity guests for rounds that include music trivia, spoof video parodies and some amazing performance battles.

During the recording last night it was stated that David's episode will launch the series on Thursday 22nd October at 9pm on Sky One (programme schedule to be confirmed by Sky).

The episode sees David join forces with Tinie and Katherine to face off against Nicole, Joel and their guest, Spandau Ballet singer Martin Kemp. Expect some totally crazy games and a lot of laughs plus you'll get to see some totally one-of-a-kind music performances.

Ricky Wilson is a lively host, steering the teams through the games, which involve a bit of dancing, a lot of singing and a fair amount of water. Nicole Scherzinger and Tinie Tempah don't hesitate to dmisplay their vocal skills, but you won't be disappointed by what David has to offer, especially in the show's grand finale. Meanwhile, comics Katherine Ryan and Joel Dommett are on hand to ensure there are plenty of laughs. And while we won't reveal any spoilers be prepared for a very special duet! The show is soundtracked by house band The Noise fronted by talented singer Beth Macari (pictured above with David and Martin).

Other guests in the series will include Laurence Fox, Mel C and singer-songwriter Foxes.
