Nativity 2: Danger In The Manger
Overanxious new supply teacher Mr. Peterson (David Tennant) has enough on his plate with his wife (Joanna Page) being pregnant. But the lovably rambunctious kids of St. Bernadette's primary school sweep him along with enthusiasm as they gear up for another big contest. This time they're off to Wales for a national choir competition under the banner 'A Song for Christmas'. Their amphibious tour bus crammed full of angels and shepherds, plus an unaccompanied baby, they hit the road without parental permission! But their arch-rivals from the posh Oakmoor school, led by Gordon Shakespeare (Jason Watkins) are taking part too. What's more, they face new challengers St. Cuthbert's School - led by Mr. Peterson's golden boy twin brother, also played by David! Jessica Hynes, Pam Ferris and Ian McNeice also star. The film was devised and directed by Debbie Isitt and improvised by the cast.
