David Tennant's Kilgrave Makes Rolling Stone's 40 Greatest TV Villains Of All Time


David Tennant's chilling performance of the seriously sinister Kilgrave in Marvel's Jessica Jones has been selected as one of Rolling Stone's 40 Greatest TV Villains Of All Time.
