AUDIO: David Tennant Talks Hamlet To Front Row's Shakespeare's People



To mark the 400th anniversary of the bard, Radio 4's Front Row has asked actors, directors and writers to give their personal take on their favourite Shakespeare character.

David Tennant has chosen to give his thoughts on Hamlet who he says "goes to the essence of what it means to be a human being"
The role was taken on by David back in 2008, when he opened in Stratford-upon-Avon to huge critical acclaim and was described as the Hamlet of his generation.
