David Tennant To Return As Guest Host For Have I Got News For You

David Tennant was the subject of much acclaim for his appearance as guest host on the BBC show Have I Got News For You last October. Now he looks set to return for a second stint at the helm of the long-running satirical news quiz later on this spring.

Have I Got News For You takes a wry look at the hot news stories and oddest topical items of the week. Regular panellists Paul Merton and Ian Hislop lead opposing teams which may include actors, comedians, entertainers or politicians. The show returns to BBC One this Friday (8th April) with Stephen Mangan as host. Other guest hosts joining this 51st series include Jo Brand, Tracey Ullman, Victoria Coren Mitchell, Frankie Boyle, Katherine Ryan, Gary Lineker and Martin Clunes.

The show is scheduled for 9pm on Friday nights on BBC One. David's appearance date has not yet been announced, but we'll let you know as soon as it's confirmed!
