David Tennant & Olivia Colman Show Support For Willbury Wonder Pony Cancer Charity

David Tennant and the cast and crew of Broadchurch had a very special visitor on set this week and it was all to raise awareness of the Willberry Wonder Pony Charity.

The West Country based charity was set up to support young event rider Hannah Francis who is currently battling osteosarcoma, an aggressive bone cancer, It's named after her mascot, a toy pony called Willberry, who has been by her side throughout her treatment. Rather than use all the money raised herself, Hannah is keen for it to go to benefit other young people also fighting serious illness, and also to fund research into osteosarcoma.

This week David and Olivia were visited on the Broadchurch set by another member of the Berry Pony family, Mavis, who posed for photos with the cast and even had a little ridealong with Detectives Hardy and Miller.

You can help the charity by donating directly or by taking part in the Friends of Willbury scheme. Keep a look out too for the launch of the charity's online store where you'll be able to pick up wristbands and other merchandise - maybe even a Berry Pony of your own! Check out their website at http://www.willberrywonderpony.org for full details and to donate.
