David Tennant To Attend The DuckTales Panel At San Diego Comic Con


David Tennant will be heading to San Diego Comic Con next month as part of Disney XD's DuckTales panel. David voices the iconic character of Scrooge McDuck in the new reboot of the classic Disney series.

The panel is scheduled to take place Friday 21 July, at 3:30 p.m. in Room 6A at the San Diego Convention Center.

Also taking part in the panel will be and Hewey and Dewey - voiced by Danny Pudi and Ben Schwartz.
Kate Micucci the vocal talent behind Webby and Beck Bennett who takes on Launchpad will be there too, as well as the Executive Producer Matt Youngberg and Co-Producer and Story Editor Francisco Angones.

According to Disney XD the panel will feature “exclusive sneak peeks and talk about bringing this classic family of adventuring ducks to a new generation of fans".

 At midnight on Saturday 12th August on Disney XD in the USA, the first one hour special of DuckTales, titled Woo-hoo! will premiere on a loop for 24 consecutive hours.

The series launch proper follows on Saturday 23rd September, the 30th anniversary of the original Emmy Award-winning series, with two new episodes airing at 7.00am, 11.00am, 2.00pm, 5.00pm, 8.00pm and 10.30pm EDT/PDT. New episodes will also be available on the Disney XD app and Disney XD VOD on these same dates.




Based on the Emmy Award-winning series treasured by a generation of viewers, Disney XD's animated comedy-adventure series DuckTales chronicles the high-flying adventures of Duckburg's most famous trillionaire Scrooge McDuck and his mischief-making triplet grandnephews.
