The second episode of David Tennant's new US comedy Camping premieres on HBO in several European and Asian countries tonight. The show will air or stream on the following networks:

UK: New DuckTales Episodes Coming To Disney XD In November

Good news for UK viewers: the first series of DuckTales will be wrapping up on Disney XD from this autumn as new-to-UK episodes begin again next month. The reboot of the classic 1980s animated show stars David Tennant in the role of Scrooge McDuck with Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan voicing his mischievous grandnephews Huey, Dewey and Louie. The cast also includes Kate Micucci,  Toks Olagundoye, Tony Anselmo and Beck Bennett with Catherine Tate, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Kimiko Glenn in recurring guest roles.

The series continues on November 3rd from 9.00am GMT with The Golden Lagoon Of White Agony Plains. The episode sees adventuring trillionaire Scrooge forced to team up with his thieving ex-partner and former flame Goldie O'Gilt for an expedition to the Klondike to discover the one treasure they never found. Allison Janney (The West Wing) voices Goldie.

The second episode of David Tennant's new US comedy Camping premieres on HBO in America and Canada at 10pm ET/PT at  tonight.

David Tennant and Jennifer Garner star as Kathryn and Walt, a not-so-happily married couple. A meticulously planned outdoor trip to celebrate Walt’s 45th birthday is derailed by uninvited guests and forces of nature, turning the weekend into a test of marriage and friendships.

Episode #2: Going to Town Written by Lena Dunham & Jenni Konner; directed by Jenni Konner.
After her son, Orvis (Duncan Joiner), gets roughed up in a game of flag football, Kathryn rushes him to the nearest hospital, flipping out about his health and the danger that Miguel's girlfriend, Jandice, poses to the weekend. As Kathryn and Walt attend to Orvis, the others hit a local bar, where a racially charged remark to Nina-Joy awakens George's (Brett Gelman) rage. Elsewhere, Miguel and Jandice create real issues for a prissy shop owner (John Riggi).

David Tennant Amongst Actors Celebrating Oxford Playhouse's Anniversary Tonight

David Tennant is amongst a host of actors who will be taking part in the Oxford Playhouse's 80th anniversary celebrations this evening.

He will join other stars including Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Jeremy Irons and Sinéad Cusack, on stage at the theatre for a one night only revue covering the last 80 years and the story of the venue itself – from its pre-Second World War origins to the present day.

Playhouse chief executive and director Louise Chantal said: “Under the able direction of film producer Victor Glynn, the evening will include iconic comedy scenes, more than enough music and a few too many ‘reinterpretations’ of the most famous productions to have graced the playhouse stage.”

Director Victor Glynn said "The Playhouse has hosted some extraordinary events over its 80-year history and I feel sure this is going to rank among the most memorable.”

Mad To Be Normal Included In International Disability Film Festival In Moscow

Mad To Be Normal, the 2017 film starring David Tennant is included in the programme of the 9th International Disability Film Festival Кино без барьеров (Breaking Down Barriers), launching in Moscow in late October.


The aim of the festival is to promote a diverse picture of people with disabilities through film and to educate about issues that effect the lives of disabled people worldwide. This unique project is backed by Perspektiva, a Russian disability non-governmental organization, and it has been taking place in Moscow every second year since 2002. More information is available on the festival website.

Disney's DuckTales returns to Disney Channel for a second season today with a brand new episode, The Most Dangerous Game...Night!

David Tennant returns as adventuring trillionaire Scrooge McDuck, along with Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan as his mischief-making nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie. Kate Micucci, Beck Bennett, Tony Anselmo and Toks Olagundoye are also back as Duckburg's most famous family embark on a new set of adventures.

In today's episode a game night is anything but relaxing as the family faces shrink rays, a barbaric civilization and an unhealthy level of competitiveness.

The Most Dangerous Game...Night! premieres on Disney Channel at 7.30am ET/PT today

At the LA premiere of the new HBO series Camping David Tennant spoke to Marah Eakin of The AV Club about his character, the put-upon Walt. The eight part comedy follows a group of friends on a camping expedition to celebrate Walt's 45th birthday that has been micro-managed by his controlling wife Kathryn (Jennifer Garner).

David also talked about how he copes with working between the UK and the USA on his various projects.



Camping is created by by Lena Dunham & Jenni Konner, the award-winning team behind girls. The cast also includes Juliette Lewis, Arturo Del Puerto, Ione Skye, Janicza Bravo, Bridget Everett and Brett Gelman.

RATINGS: Camping Debuts To A Half Million Viewers In The US

The new HBO comedy Camping, starring Jennifer Garner and David Tennant, premiered on Sunday to overnights of 0.544 million (0.13 in the 18-49 demographic). The show, created by Jenni Konner and Lena Dunham, the team behind Girls, also stars Juliette Lewis, Ione Skye, Arturo del Puerto, Brett Gelman, Janicza Brave, Bridget Everett and Chris Sullivan and follows a group of friends on an ill-fated trip into the wilderness.

Camping's overnight figure is only slightly below that of established HBO shows Veep and Barry. Consolidated figures (overnights+7) for the premium channel, which include catch up and on demand viewings, will be available early next week.

Last night saw the launch of the new BBC Four comedy drama There She Goes, starring David Tennant and Jessica Hynes in the roles of Simon and Emily, the parents of a severely disabled child. The five part comedy drama is based on the real life experiences of writer Simon Pye whose own daughter was born with an as yet undiagnosed chromosomal disorder.

David Tennant's new comedy drama, There She Goes, premiered on BBC Four last night to critical acclaim and audience praise.

The new five part series centres on a severely learning disabled nine year-old girl Rosie (Miley Locke), her dad Simon (David Tennant), mum Emily (Jessica Hynes) and brother Ben (Edan Hayhurst).All the stories and characters are drawn from the real life experience of writer Shaun Pye, whose daughter was born in 2006 with an extremely rare and to date undiagnosed chromosomal disorder. Each episode shines a light on day to day life with Rosie - unique experiences from simply trying to take her to the park to trying to explain that every day isn’t her birthday. A second timeline set in 2006 shows the effect having a severely disabled child had on the family unit, how it threatened to disintegrate but ultimately brought them even closer.
