GOOD OMENS: New Edition Novel And TV Series Script Book Available for Pre-Order Now

Early next year, David Tennant and Michael Sheen will star as Crowley and Aziraphale in the hugely anticipated TV adaptation of the comic novel Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. The six-part Apocalyptic romp has been scripted by Gaiman, directed by Douglas Mackinnon and produced by Amazon Prime Video, BBC Studios, Narrativa and The Blank Corporation. Also starring Jack Whitehall, Adria Arjona, Miranda Richardson, Michael McKean, Nick Offerman and Nina Sosanya, Good Omens is due to premiere on Amazon in early 2019 and air on BBC Two later in the year.

To tie in with the show's release, two related books will be published in Spring 2019. The first, due on 5th February 2019, is the reissue of the original novel. The second book, out on 23rd April 2019, is Good Omens: The Script Book. Given that this title is more likely to be published after the series has been released, it seems to confirm the Amazon premiere for the first quarter of 2019.

Good Omens
The world will end on Saturday. Next Saturday. Just before dinner, according to The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch, the world's only completely accurate book of prophecies written in 1655. The armies of Good and Evil are amassing and everything appears to be going according to Divine Plan. Except that a somewhat fussy angel and a fast-living demon are not actually looking forward to the coming Rapture. And someone seems to have misplaced the Antichrist.
