David Tennant Scoops Best Supporting Actor Award for You Me & Him At Lady Filmmakers Festival



David Tennant has picked up the award for Best Supporting Actor in a Feature for his role as John in You Me And Him during a very successful night for the 2017 comedy feature. The award was presented at the culmination of the 10th Lady Filmmakers Festival in Hollywood during the 'Under The Stars' gala in Beverley Hills on Sunday.

David's co-star Faye Marsay, who plays Alex, was also honoured with the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Feature. Lucy Punch was nominated as Best Actress in a Feature for her role as Olivia but sadly missed out on the win. 

You Me And Him was named Best Foreign Film during the ceremony.

You Me And Him centres on a same sex couple, Olivia and Alex who clash over the life-changing question of having children. When they both become pregnant at the same time, their different experiences of pregnancy lead them to question their outlook on life, their relationship and their priorities. David Tennant plays their annoying neighbour John, and Sally Phillips, Simon Bird, Sarah Parish, Gemma Jones and David Warner also appear. You Me And Him was written and directed by Daisy Aitkens and produced by Georgia Tennant for Bad Penny Productions.
